Bothell, WA
Our campsite at Lake Pleasant RV Resort was tucked into the trees.
This was a very nice RV Resort with a beautiful lake. This was one of the few sunny days.
We went to Seattle to tour the city. This is one of the many ferries moving people and cars.
One of the quiet back alleys of Seattle. Reminded us of some alleys in Europe.
Waterfall Park in Seattle was an oasis in a city of tall buildings.
Pioneer Square is where we started our tour of the city's underground origins.
Under the ground lies the original streets of the city.
Toilets and sinks needed to be elevated or unhappy results could occur.
The Fremont District has self-proclaimed itself to be the "Center of the Universe".
An unusual sight in this area is the statute of Lenin rescued from the mud in Slovakia.
Another unusual sight is the area's resident troll. This boy is doing a nasal checkup.

These statutes provided Susan an opportunity to blend with the locals..
The Fremont District unusual nature extends to the architecture of its buildings too.
Back in Bothell we took a bike ride along the Burke Gilman Trail.
