Our campsite at Casey's  Riverside RV Park was located only feet away from the Willamette River.
I regularly entertained the local trout population.  Fortunately, I was able to "educate" a few too!
We hiked the Larison Creek trail.  Lots of old growth forest and water to see.
Susan happily points out some of the fungi in the forest.
A few Rhododendron blooms to delight.
Typical trail foliage.
We seek out and find a covered bridge.
The water at this fish hatchery teems with hungry trout.
Fingerling salmon demonstrate their jumping prowess early in life.
These large sturgeon were quite a sight to behold.
Water going over Salt Creek Falls travels an impressive 286 ft.
Downstream from the falls the river winds through heavy forest.
On our drive up Hwy 58 we stopped for a look at Diamond Peak (8744' and snowy) and Mt. Yoran
Parked and ready to ride.
This amazingly clear, deep pool was beautiful.
Susan stands among trees in Constitution Grove named for the original signers.
