We stopped in Crescent City, CA on our way to Brookings.  This is a picture of the harbor.

Susan was almost eaten by a shark just before we had lunch at the Chart Room Restaurant.

This was our home at the Driftwood RV Resort while in Brookings. It is just across the road from the ocean.

We spotted a nice mural in Crescent City.  The car is not part of it, of course.

The beach in Brookings was mere feet from our front door step.

The Southern Oregon Kite Festival was in full swing during our stay. It was lots of fun.

There was just about every kite imaginable at the festival.

This was a fun, brightly colored kite.

Bill's inner child showed up while at the festival and he bought this kite to fly.

Here Bill is flying his new kite on the beach. He became quite proficient at it.

The next six pictures are nice views near Brookings along the Oregon coastline.

We enjoyed a short, but pleasant hike while in the area.
